This page explains what happens on this site and what happens only after a reader leaves it. It also points to independent organisations that can help, and sets out plainly what a static site like this one is not able to do.
Scope
This site does not run accounts, does not take deposits and does not process any wagering. Every operator listing ends with a line asking the reader to check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms belong to that destination and can change without notice. Once an operator link is followed, the destination's own rules, checks and account controls apply — not anything published here.
Controls
Tools such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion are features of an account held with an operator. This build has no account, no form and no server-side application behind it, so nothing published here can switch such a control on, check its status or enforce it. If a reader wants any of these controls, they exist to be set up inside the account at the destination site, not here.
Age
The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this build, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. No age check actually takes place on this site: nobody's age is verified here, and no gambling happens on these pages. Any verification of age happens only at the destination a reader is redirected to.
Advice
Deciding an amount before starting, and treating that amount as already spent, removes the pressure to justify further spending once the mood of a session changes. Chasing a loss tends to increase the size of the loss rather than recover it, since the decision is then driven by frustration rather than by the original plan. Keeping gambling separate from borrowed money means a bad session cannot turn into a debt problem on top of a loss. Regular breaks help because judgement about time and amount tends to drift the longer a session runs uninterrupted. Talking to someone else early, before gambling stops feeling like entertainment, is easier than waiting until the pattern is harder to see from inside it.
Help
Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: gambleaware.nsw.gov.au, gamblinghelponline.org.au, and responsiblegambling.vic.gov.au. These are the only outbound links on the site that are not commercial. Unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking, are set to nofollow, and open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them.
